I would like to give my heartfelt sympathy and sadness for the great loss of the family and friends of Keaton Farris from his very preventable death in the Island County Jail.

In the article, it states that the coroner estimated that Keaton Farris died from dehydration and malnutrition at least seven hours before he was found.

For me, logic tells me that this would be a big red flag, as a criminal act on the part of the Island County Jail.

I would like to know what the Whatcom County prosecuting attorney needs to review in Keaton Farris’ death in order to bring criminal charges.
