Girl, 11, missing from Lynnwood

Sha’niece Watson’s family is concerned for her safety, according to the sheriff’s office. She has ties to Whidbey Island.

A Lynnwood girl has been missing for about a week.

Sha’niece Watson, 11, left her Lynnwood home on foot on April 27. She has ties to Whidbey Island, has left her home in the past and was most recently located in Island County following a similar incident, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

“It is unusual for Sha’niece to be gone for this long and her family is concerned for her safety,” the sheriff’s office reported Friday.

Sha’niece was described as 5-foot-7 and thin. She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans, white shoes and a dark backpack.
