Ethlean Ruth Luopa, known as “Punkinface” to her grandchildren, passed over to live with her Lord and Savior on May 11, 2006. Ethlean was a three-year resident of St. Francis in Bellingham.

She is survived by her daughters, Terrilynn Huls and Cindy LaFerriere of Blaine, and her son, Dan Luopa of Saginaw, Mich.; her five grandchildren, two sisters and one brother and her mother, Anna Gates of Hillsboro, Texas. Ethlean will be missed by her family and friends who celebrate that she now dances with Jesus in His fields of grace.

Services will be held Wednesday, May 17, at 1 p.m. at the Hayne Grange in Blaine. For directions please call 360-332-7296 or Mapquest.
