Hannah Lynn Botts, 6 pounds, 13 ounces, was born Oct. 27, 2011. She is the daughter of Robert Botts and Kyla Bell of Oak Harbor.

Emilia Jane Udall, 7 pounds, 2 ounces, was born Oct. 26, 2011. She is the daughter of James and Jihan Udall of Oak Harbor.
