Robert “Dale” Harvey passed on July 6, 2011, to a place of peace after battling cancer for many years.

Dale, born March 3, 1953, enjoyed many adventures throughout his life in the good company of family and friends. Dale was preceded in death by his oldest brother, Vern Harvey.

Dale leaves behind his wife of 27 years, Michele; sons, Bert (Betsy) Harvey, Kevin Bishop (Rachel) and his daughter Annie (Nat) Hart; as well as brothers Don (Liz) Harvey, Stephen Harvey, John (Paula) Harvey and his sister Louise Harvey. The youngest joys of Dale’s life included his grandchildren Audrey Bishop, Aubrey Hart and Jack Harvey.

Dale will be greatly missed as he was loved by many whose hearts and minds he touched throughout his life. There will be a celebration of Dale’s life to take place at his home in Seal Rock, Ore., on Saturday, July 30, at 4 p.m. Family and friends are invited.
