Pauline Leilani Henry (Kahawaii) was born June 22, 1934, to Joseph Moku Kahawaii and Nellie Saunders Kahawaii in Honolulu, Hawaii. She and her husband lived and raised their family in Oak Harbor. She peacefully slept away the last moments of her life Aug. 9, 2003 with family and friends in Tacoma.

Pauline is survived by her seven children, Willie, Barb, Ron, Clay, John, Linda and Audrey. There are also 24 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Her life was filled with grace and the love of her many children and grandchildren. She will be missed and loved forever.

A celebration of her life was held Aug.16 at Mountain View Garden Chapel. Arrangements were by Mountain View Funeral Home, Tacoma.
