Elsie K. Nielsen passed away peacefully Feb. 25, 2010, with family by her side. Elsie was born Oct. 27, 1923 in Seattle to Harry and Faye Ford. The oldest of three, followed by sister Faye Walsh and then brother Willis Ford.

She and her first husband, Harvey Millholand, had three children, Jeanette, Erick and Kathy. Later in life she married Robert Nielsen and had three more children, Robert Jr., Arne and Cinda. Throughout the years of all the children she also took in foster children. Her priority was always family, she taught us how to share and love and was always behind us in our goals and hopes. Our dad, Robert Nielsen, passed away Sept. 16, 2010, and left a big void in her life and she missed him dearly, as we all do.

She was an active member of the church and had many wonderful friends. Her advice to us was to enjoy the time we have together, take trips and have fun. All of us kids, spouses, grandchildren and great-grandchildren love you and will miss you both.

Services will be held Sunday, April 18, at 1 p.m. at the Deer Lagoon Grange.
