Monday, Oct. 25

At 9:13 a.m., a Keystone Avenue resident reported that her son pepper sprayed her before going to school.

Sunday, Oct. 24

At 3:22 p.m., a woman reported that her 13-year-old daughter, who’s on crutches, said her father assaulted her.

At 5:15 p.m., an employee at the WAIF animal shelter asked for extra patrols because of irate people who wrongly believed that a dog was going to be euthanized.

Saturday, Oct. 23

At 2:53 a.m., a Sandusky Road resident reported that the roommate’s baby’s mother and a group of three others came to the location to assault the caller.

At 11:44 a.m., Greenoch Loop residents reported an ongoing problem with their daughter’s ex-boyfriend driving recklessly near their home.

At 5:04 p.m., a caller reported that a cow was on Fakkema Road. The caller and neighbors were trying to entice the cow back in the pasture.

Friday, Oct. 22

At 1:58 p.m., a caller reported that a cow was lying down and looked like it was dying in a pasture on E. Crescent Harbor Road.

At 10:42 p.m., a Penn Cove Road resident reported finding marijuana in the daughter’s room and asked the police to bring the “dogs” to check for more.

Thursday, Oct. 21

At 4:43 p.m., there was a report that a boat anchored off Ala Spit was upside down and sinking.

Wednesday, Oct. 20

At 10:01 a.m., a caller reported that someone abandoned a 30-foot sailboat off of Ala Spit.

At 11:36 a.m., a Rodgers Road resident reported that a cat was stuck in a tree for five days.

At 7:59 p.m., a man reported finding a small parrot in the Goldie Street area.

Tuesday, Oct. 19

At 3:39 p.m., a Crockett Lake Drive resident reported that feral cats were all over the neighborhood.

At 5 p.m., a Noisey Circle resident reported that her elderly horse died and she wanted to know how to dispose of it.

At 6:16 p.m., a Heller Road resident reported that her husband was being mean. She later said he was locking her out of the house.

At 7:12 p.m., a Crosby Road resident asked that a deputy stand by while the caller goes to a neighbor’s house to “pay retribution” for a dog that killed a chicken.
