The following items were selected from reports made to the Oak Harbor Police Department:

Tuesday, March 10

At 10:43 a.m., a caller reported he was walking past a residence in the 500 block of SE Midway Boulevard and observed what appeared to be a female turkey in a cage attached to the house. Caller said the bird had no food or water.

At 11:05 a.m., a female caller reported someone had spread “dog feces, vomit and ravioli” all over her car while it was parked in the 900 block of Eagle Vista Drive.

At 3:28 p.m., a caller reported a physical assault at a location in the 1500 block of SE Eighth Avenue. Suspect allegedly “grabbed another party and bit their sweatshirt.”

At 4:29 p.m., a possible fight involving 10 to 12 juveniles was reported at a location near the intersection of S Oak Harbor Street and SW Third Avenue.

At 5:43 p.m., a turquoise 1993 Chevrolet Lumina was reported stolen from a location in the 1900 block of SE Pioneer Way.

Monday, March 9

At 1:10 a.m., a 4-wheeler was reported stolen front in front of a residence in the 200 block of E Whidbey Avenue.

Sunday, March 8

At 12:16 a.m., two subjects were reported wrestling in the bushes at a location near the laundromat on SW Sixth Avenue.

At 12:23 p.m., a burglary was reported at a residence in the 800 block of N Oak Harbor Street. Caller advised the residence was “ransacked.”

At 1:15 p.m., a caller reported a boat was broken into within the past two weeks at a location in the 1400 block of SE Catalina Drive.

At 9:16 p.m., a domestic disturbance was reported at a residence in the 2100 block of Grouse Lane. Caller stated his wife “threw the remote at him and broke the television.”

Saturday, March 7

At 1:55 a.m., a fight in progress was reported in the 800 block of SE Pioneer Way.

At 1:33 p.m., a caller reported her mail box had been broken into in the 1000 of SW 24th Avenue.

At 2:29 p.m., a caller reported a female hit him over the head with her cane at a location in the 700 block of SE Bayshore Drive. Suspect allegedly told the victim to “get the hell out of there.”

Friday, March 6

At 4:45 p.m., a female shoplifter was reported at a business in the 32000 block of Highway 20. Caller reported the suspect fled the scene on foot and was pushing a baby in a stroller.

At 11:57 p.m., a caller reported seven or eight people fighting at a location in the 700 block of Judson Drive.

Thursday, March 5

At 12:11 a.m., a domestic assault was reported at a residence in the 600 block of Atlanta Way.

At 8:38 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle prowl in the 33000 block of Highway 20. A GPS system was taken.

At 10:12 a.m., a caller reported subjects in a blue SUV threw orange peels in the road at a location in the 32000 block of Highway 20.

Sunday, March 15

At 4:34 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Highway 20.

At 4:27 p.m., Coupeville marshals assisted the Island County Sheriff’s Office with a car accident at the corner of Swantown Avenue and Heller Street.

Saturday, March 14

At 7:44 p.m., a caller reported a power line down on Parker Road.

At 6:27 p.m., a Terry Road resident reported his car was stolen.

At 3:36 p.m., a Front Street resident reported his skiff was stolen.

Friday, March 13

At 1:21 p.m., a Pennington Loop resident reported a man came to the door and talked really fast about carpet cleaning. He asked her what room in her house was the dirtiest.

Thursday, March 12

At 6:33 p.m., a Pennington Loop resident reported a man strolled into her garage and asked if she wanted her carpets or vehicle cleaned.

At 12:59 p.m., a caller reported an abandoned car on North Main Street.

Wednesday, March 11

At 7:58 p.m., a caller reported someone was throwing things out of a vehicle and possibly damaging property.

At 3:06 p.m., a caller reported a car accident at the intersection of Main Street and Highway 20.

At 3 p.m., a caller reported a group of juveniles threw a rock at the respondent’s windshield.

Tuesday, March 10

At 7:42 p.m., an Alexander Street resident reported receiving threats.

Monday, March 9

At 8:36 p.m., a caller reported a car hit a deer on Morris Road.
