At 5:45 a.m., a caller reported cones across the roadway on SE Pioneer Way.
At 1:52 p.m., a student reportedly pushed a teacher at Oak Harbor High School.
At 2:04 p.m., a burglary was reported at a residence in the 1000 block of SW 24th Avenue.
At 7:12 p.m., a caller reported finding a 9mm shell in the yard of his residence on NE Eighth Avenue.
Wednesday, April 29
At 2 a.m., a dumpster fire was reported at a location in the 700 block of NW Crosby Avenue.
At 8:10 a.m., a caller reported a dumpster pushed into the road on SW Midway Boulevard near SE Pioneer Way.
At 7:48 p.m., a car was reported stolen from a residence on SE Fourth Avenue.
Tuesday, April 28
At 1:50 p.m., a male shoplifter was reported at a business in the 32000 block of Highway 20. Caller reported the suspect had fled the scene on foot.
At 3:39 p.m., a caller reported two vehicles racing in excess of 90 miles per hour on Highway 20 near NE 16th Avenue.
At 6 p.m. a physical domestic disturbance was reported at a residence. A 14-year-old boy was reportedly punching holes in the wall.
At 6:25 p.m., a caller reported a man trying to force a woman to get into a vehicle on NW Crosby Avenue near N. Oak Harbor Street.
At 8:22 p.m., a caller reported he was assaulted by a subject at a location in the 31000 block of Highway 20.
Monday, April 27
At 1:07 a.m., officers arrested a suspect on a warrant at a location in the 100 block of NE Izett Street.
At 11:09 a.m., a backpack and a passport was reported left in the bank on SE Cabot Drive.
At 4:04 p.m., a caller reported a 10-year-old boy was shot in the leg with a BB gun by some other boys while walking in the area of SW Third Street and SW Fairhaven Drive.
At 6:14 p.m., a three-wheeled bicycle was reported stolen from in front of the Safeway store.
At 4:23 p.m., a caller reported finding a purse in the 31000 block of Highway 20.
At 6:35 p.m., a suspect was arrested on Highway 20 near NE 16th Avenue for driving with a suspended/revoked license.
At 6:59 p.m., a caller reported male subjects in a light green Ford shot BBs at him in the 700 block of NE Midway Boulevard.
At 8:41 p.m., a caller reported some juveniles started a fire in the brush at a location in the 300 block of N Oak Harbor Street.
Sunday, April 26
At midnight, a caller reported someone just bit her at a residence in the 300 block of NW 11th Court.
At 3:33 a.m., a caller reported a possible drunk driver just went through the drive through of a business in the 32000 block of Highway 20.
At 9:11 a.m., a pack of cigarettes was reported stolen from a residence in the 200 block of SW Kimball Drive.
At 12:57 p.m., tools were reported stolen from the porch of a residence in the 2100 of Regatta Drive.
At 6:21 p.m., a caller reported he was just assaulted by a male subject in the 900 block of SE Bayshore Drive.
Saturday, April 25
At 12:33 a.m., a caller reported a fight between two men was going on at a residence in the 1800 block of NE 16th Avenue. The caller stated he heard a milk jug being thrown.
At 1:36 a.m., a caller reported a fight in progress at a residence in the 100 block of NE Barron Drive.
At 4:11 a.m., a prowler was reported at a residence in the 600 block of SE Bayshore Drive.
At 8:33 a.m., a caller reported the covers on storm drains had been removed in the 1700 block of NE 11th Street.
At 1:32 p.m., a caller reported an 8-year-old stuck in a swing at a location in the 1500 block of S. Beeksma Drive. The child’s legs were reportedly swollen.
At 1:36 p.m., a caller reported a small naked girl just walked into the backyard of a residence in the 100 block of NE Barron Drive. The caller stated the girl doesn’t talk at all and is unable to give her name.
At 9:50 p.m., a caller reported a group of juveniles were smoking marijuana in the backyard of a residence in the 900 block of SW Third Avenue.
At 10:01 p.m., three people were reported fighting at a location in the 1500 block of SE City Beach Street.
Friday, April 24
At 12:22 a.m., a caller reported an unknown subject came to the door of his residence in the 300 block of NE Seventh Street asking to buy drugs.
At 9:22 a.m., a male subject was reported “digging in the dumpster” at a location in the 1600 block of NE 16th Avenue.
At 11:18 a.m., a caller reported a portable toilet in the 400 block of NE Seventh Street had been tipped over.
At 11:40 a.m., a caller reported juveniles in an old white Camaro were throwing trash out of the vehicle in the 400 block of NE Seventh Avenue.
At 12:10 p.m., a burglary was reported at a residence in the 900 block of SE Ely Street. The caller claimed his girlfriend broke into the residence and stole money.
At 4:23 p.m., a caller reported six male juveniles and one female juvenile were standing in front of a residence in the 700 block of SE Bayshore Drive “swearing and talking loudly.”
At 4:21 p.m., a caller reported that a teenage male had pulled his pants down four times in the area of Oak Harbor High School.
At 9:20 p.m., a caller reported a subject struck the pastor of a church and pulled his grandmother’s hair while riding in a vehicle on NW Crosby Avenue.
At 10:09 p.m., a caller reported she was being followed by a male subject driving a beat-up red or brown Honda Civic on W Crescent Harbor Road near Torpedo Road. The caller said the subject tried to run her off the road near the gate to the Seaplane Base.
Thursday, April 23
At 6:14 a.m., two vehicles were reported broken into at a location in the 700 block of SW Jusdon Drive.
At 6:35 a.m., a vehicle prowl was reported at a location in the 1000 block of SW Eighth Avenue. Nine other reports of a vehicle prowl were reported within the next few hours, on the 900 block of Inglewood Drive and near Swantown Avenue.
At 2:05 p.m., a caller reported a male subject in a maroon Ford pickup continuously drives by a business in the 400 block of NE Midway Boulevard and “flips off” employees.
At 6:35 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle driving on SW Fort Nugent Avenue near the intersection of SW Union Street nearly hit a young girl riding a bicycle. The child reportedly had to jump in the ditch to avoid being struck.

At 1:47 p.m., a caller reported a man in his 50s wearing a green shirt and pants, was walking along Ninth Street pushing a stroller. The respondent said he looks like a picture she saw of a registered sex offender.
At 3:25 a.m., a NE Kinney Street resident reported she was upset and bipolar.

At 5:36 p.m., a NE Leach Street resident reported he has a slow leak in his water system.
At 10:45 a.m., a caller reported signs the fire department put up near the intersection of Broadway and NW Seventh Street were pulled down.
At 9:39 a.m., NE Sixth Street resident reported someone poked her.
