Is your mattress keeping you from a good nights sleep?

Get a hotel-quality sleep from home!

Something about hotel beds just sets them apart from our beds at home – they often seem much more comfortable and we wake up feeling more refreshed than usual. If you’re convinced there’s something different about the mattresses themselves, you would be right!

“Hotel-quality mattresses are built to last and designed to keep you coming back for more. They’re also of superior quality that you just won’t find in a standard mattress,” says William Wellauer, Owner of ESC Mattress Center. “They’re an excellent example of why investing in a high-quality mattress is well-worth it – imagine if you could get a hotel-quality sleep every night?”

A good night’s sleep is one of the most underrated forms of self-care out there despite it being one of the best things we can do for our physical, mental and emotional health. Whether you’re hoping to snag that promotion or simply get through the day without yawning, the first step is quality sleep.

“A minimum of seven hours of sleep a night is recommended, though ideally we should be getting closer to eight or nine,” Wellauer says. “But there’s a difference between seven hours of quality sleep and seven hours of tossing and turning.”

It’s pretty easy to tell what quality of sleep you’re getting at night, just by how you feel in the morning. If you wake up feeling refreshed, well-rested and ready to take on the day, it’s safe to say you’re getting that quality sleep we’re looking for, but if you wake up sore and feeling just as tired as you were the night before – if not more so – it’s time to make some changes.

How to get a better sleep starting tonight

  • Turn off your electronic devices at least two hours before you need to be asleep.
  • Remove distractions from your room and create a dark, cool, relaxing sleep environment.
  • Create a sleep schedule and stick to it – this will help your body regulate its natural sleep/wake cycle.
  • Make sure your bed is doing its part in helping you get a good night’s rest.

Get the perfect hotel-quality sleep every night

“We’ve got a really special mattress coming in for a limited time over Black Friday this year,” Wellauer says. “If you’re wanting to bring the hotel-sleep experience home, our limited-time offer for these amazing luxury hotel mattresses is the perfect opportunity to bring home the same quality mattress that’s used in Hilton and Marriott hotels.”
