Oak Harbor’s Trevor Haskins won a gold medal at the Stars and Stripes Trampoline and Tumbling National Championships July 20-22 in Reno.

Haskins was one of five athletes competing for the Ground Zero trampoline and tumbling team at the national finals.

Haskins, participating in the 11-12 boys division, won the Level 5 trampoline competition and finished third in Level 5 double mini.

Mount Vernon’s Ryder Chaffins, 9-10 boys, and Oak Harbor’s Kaitlyn Rozycki, 11-12 girls, each collected a fourth in Level 5 trampoline and a sixth in Level 5 double mini.

Mount Vernon’s Kenzie Chaffins, 11-12 girls, was eight in Level 6 trampoline, 24th in level 6 double mini and 27th in Level 5 tumbling.

Oak Harbor’s Allison Lovett, 11-12 girls, finished 28th in Level 5 double mini and 36th in Level 5 trampoline.
