Thomas F. Lloyd, 48, of Peoria, Ariz., passed away suddenly on Sept. 18, 2006. Tom served 20 years and three exceptionally proud days in the United States Air Force. During this time he was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal and the Southwest Asia Service Medal. He honorably served in Operation Desert Storm from August 1990 to April 1991.

Tom is lovingly survived by his “Butterfly”, his wife Kathy S. Lloyd; his four children, Thomas A. Lloyd, Jeffery P. Lloyd, Sarah H. Lloyd and Christina M. Ontiveros; his parents, Thomas E. and Evelyn Lloyd; his two brothers, Timothy and Michael, two sisters Lori and Cathy, as well as their spouses and his previous wife Sherrilyn Seward. Also remembering Tom are the countless number of men and women he touched through his continued work with the Air Force as a civilian.

Funeral services were held Sept. 23 at Hansen Mortuary in Phoenix. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Tom’s name at any branch of Wells Fargo Bank.
