Oak Harbor sixth in WesCo North golf championships

Snohomish's Michael Jaeger was the only player in the field of 45 players to shoot in the 60s, finishing with a 6-under par 66 Wednesday in the Wesco North boys golf tournament at the par-72 Walter Hall Golf Course in Everett.

The Panthers won the team title with 379 strokes. Lake Stevens was second with 415 strokes and Cascade came in third with 418.

Led by Phil Reedy’s 78, Oak Harbor turned in a scorecard of 424 points to finish in sixth place.

Other Wildcat scorers were Judd Ford and Matt Fikse with 18-hole totals of 79 strokes each, Brandon Kenworthy shot a round of 87 and Logan White had a score of 101 strokes.
