Mitch Pelroy won three events to pace the Coupeville track squad in a three-team meet at Lakewood Thursday, April 26.

Lakewood won the boys meet with 109 points, and Sultan edged Coupeville 37-31. Sultan, with 82.66 points, took the girls meet over Lakewood (77.33) and Coupeville (22).

Pelroy dominated the sprints, winning the 100 (11.73), 200 (24.18) and 400 (52.4).

Madison Tisa-McPhee (100 hurdles, 17.6), Anna Bailey (400, 1:09.57) and the 4×400 relay team of Tisa-McPhee, Marisa Etzell, Cassidi Rosenkrance and Grace LaPoint (4:32.05) earned wins for the Coupeville girls.

Thursday, May 3, at 4 p.m. the Wolves and Granite Falls go to South Whidbey for the final regular season meet.
