North Whidbey club holds annual general meeting / Youth soccer

The North Whidbey Soccer Club will hold its annual general meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9, at the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce.
The budget and board positions will be reviewed and voted upon.
The public is welcome.
