Islanders drop road match | U-17 soccer

The U-17 Islanders soccer team had its four match winning streak snapped in a 6-0 loss to the Thunder in Puyallup Sunday, Oct. 26.

“We have a tough time winning on the road,” coach Curtis Vieke said. “It is a tough adjustment to travel long distances and prepare for a game at such a young age.”

The Islanders will face another road challenge when it goes to Renton Sunday, Nov. 2, for their next match.
