Sylvia Rios Jones, 69, of Oak Harbor, passed away on June 5 after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

She was surrounded by her son Paul, daughter Cindy, son-in-law Jason, and her beloved grandson Warren, when she passed peacefully at Island Hospital.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Aug. 19 at the Oak Harbor Elks Lodge.
