Sue Woodhouse passed away July 7, 2006 at St. Joseph Hospital in Bellingham surrounded by her family. Sue has been battling various health problems over the past several years. Sue was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on March 22, 1946. She was preceded in death by her father Raymond Thomas Romney, her mother Ethel Elizabeth Romney, and her sister Jean Davey, all from the Salt Lake area.

Sue and her husband of 38 years, Jerry Woodhouse, retired in Auburn, Wash., and moved to the Anacortes and Oak Harbor area where they have lived for the past six years. Prior to her retirement Sue worked for several different companies throughout Western Washington as an accounting clerk.

According to her wishes, there will be no formal services. Sue will be cremated and her ashes will be buried in a family cemetery plot in Salt Lake City at a later date. There will be a small family graveside memorial at that time.

Sue is survived by her husband Jerry Woodhouse of Anacortes, her nephew Scott Romney of Sandy, Utah and her niece Tamara Loy of Provo, Utah.
