Richard Lee Webb, born Dec. 31 1950, passed away Sept. 9, 2009 in Great Bend, Kan. In 1993 Mr. Webb retired to Whidbey Island after serving his country for over 20 years in the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by his six children, Lilah Johnston, Stephannie Bruce, Kandice Davis, Cody Webb, Mallory Webb and Victoria Webb; and his grandchildren, Lilah Grace Linson, Kevin Bruce Jr., Chloe Davis, Zoie Pierce, Brooke Webb and Paige Johnston.

Memorial services were held Sept. 12 Oklahoma where he was laid to rest with his father.
