Mercedes Bayker “Mimel” Damasco passed away on September 7, 2023 at Whidbey Health Medical Center at the age of 70. She will be greatly missed for her love and care for others.

Mimel was a long time resident of Oak Harbor, WA moving here in 1976 where she also met and married her husband, Napoleon. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and crafts she made for her family. She is survived by her wonderful husband and her three sons; Michael, Raymond and Eric
