Gary Duane Norgaard, 58, of Coupeville, passed away July 20, 2011. He is survived by his wife Teresa, sons Ryan and Nick, brother Larry Norgaard and sister Beverly Robinson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alton and Lois Norgaard.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, Aug. 28, at 12:30 p.m. at his home on Whidbey Island. Burley Funeral Chapel of Oak Harbor has been entrusted with the arrangements.
