In loving memory of Darryl L. Auckland, born March 4, 1945, in Mount Vernon, passed away Feb. 26, 2009, in Phoenix, Ariz. Memorial services were held at North Phoenix Baptist Church. Follow up services will be held in Mt. Vernon at a later date.

Darryl was a resident and business owner in Oak Harbor for many years, and a member of the Oak Harbor Fire Department. He later moved to Phoenix, where he has resided for the last several years. Darryl leaves behind his beloved wife Kathy, of Glendale, Ariz.; his two children, Jennifer Acevedo of Marysville Wash., her husband Anthony and their son Jarred, and his son Matthew Auckland of Sedro-Woolley, wife Nadean, and their children Sarah, Chelsea, Lila, and Austin. Darryl also leaves behind his three brothers Billy, Gary, Duane, and their families, all of Washington state. We love and miss you, walk with the angels.
