Christine M. Hentz, of Bellevue, passed away at Overlake Hospital Medical Center on Sept. 4, 2007. She was 52 years old.
Christine was born in Seattle on May 4, 1955 to Ruth and Randy Hentz. She was raised in Bellevue where she attended Sunset, Tyee Jr. High School and Newport High School. She received a bachelor of arts degree from Western Washington University. Christine worked as an executive chef and caterer aboard fine yachts traveling the world.
In leisure time she enjoyed gardening, cooking, and playing with her kitties. Christine thrived on taking care of her parents, family, friends and neighbors. She had a generous heart and was always caring for friends in need. She loved her home on Whidbey Island where she shall remain.
Christine is survived by her partner and fiance, Michael J. Parker; her brother, James M. Hentz, of Maui, Hawaii; and her nieces, Juliana Malulani and Jasmine Kanani Hentz.
