Benneta M. Eubanks, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, passed away peacefully on Nov. 16, 2009 in Spokane. She was born in Dayton, Wash. on May 25, 1931. She moved to Oak Harbor in 1969 with her husband Kenneth, who was stationed in the Navy. She volunteered for the Navy hospital and Red Cross. She left behind nine children, 32 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, one sister and one brother. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Eubanks. A memorial ceremony will be announced at a later date.
