At 10:17 a.m., a caller on Southwest Barlow Street said a man was screaming profanities in a parking lot.

At 3:14 p.m., a Crosby Avenue resident reported that a neighbor has “shady characters” going in and out of the location.

At 6:33 p.m., an employee at a State Highway 20 business reported that kids called in an order and never picked it up.

Wednesday, May 4

At 7:12 a.m., a caller reported that a man was passed out near a dumpster on Oak Harbor Street.

At 1:38 p.m., a Ely Street resident reported someone threw her trampoline over the fence.

At 2:53 p.m., a caller reported that a man shattered a friend’s phone and was beating everyone up.

At 5:30 p.m., there was a report of a woman falling asleep while walking along the highway.

At 10:36 a.m., a Highway 20 business reported receiving a counterfeit $50 bill.

At 3:23 p.m., a caller said that a Chihuahua was attacking people and animals on Judson Drive.

At 6:31 p.m., a caller at a Pioneer Way business said that a male customer was throwing up and stumbling.

At 7:49 p.m., a resident reported that people who look “sketchy” were living in cars on Harvest Drive.

At 1:10 a.m., a customer at a hotel said that someone broke into his room and damaged “gem rocks.”

At 2:29 a.m., a caller reported seeing someone shoot someone in the back of a Chevy pickup.

At 10:45 a.m., a hit-and-run crash was reported in front of Taco Bell.

At 12:16 p.m., there was a report an oil line broke on a dump truck and caused an oil slick on the highway.
