Monday, April 25

11:05 a.m., a caller on Northeast Front Street reported an Internet scam.

12:10 p.m., a caller on Northwest Oakmont Street was inquiring about damage from a marine incident the day before.

3:32 p.m., a caller on Northeast Parker Road reported receiving an fraudulent IRS phone call.

4:19 p.m., a caller on South Main Street requested assistance with a vehicle that wouldn’t start.

10:03 a.m., a caller on Northeast Leisure Street reported concern about a dog involved in an incident not being in quarantine.

2:20 p.m., a caller at Northwest Coveland and Northwest Alexander Street reported a vehicle was blocking the bus stop.

Thursday, April 28

2:25 p.m., an employee at the Island County jail requested assistance with moving an aggressive inmate.

3:05 p.m., a caller on Northeast Sixth Street requested a call about a pending animal complaint.

2:05 p.m., a caller on Northeast Eighth Street reported five gallons of gas out of his outdoor shed.

10:08 p.m., a caller on South Main Street reported a man was trying to get into a room that didn’t belong to him.

4:58 p.m., a caller on North Main Street reported a male was asking for money and walking around and the caller was concerned for children’s safety.

10:26 a.m., a caller reported someone broke into a property on Northeast Parker Road and stole a computer.

Thursday, May 5

10:10 a.m., a caller on South Main Street reported her 14-year-old son just spit on her.

5:32 p.m., a caller reported a man in a black truck approached a juvenile on Northeast Front Street and North Main Street and said “let’s go.” When the juvenile asked who the man was, he said “it doesn’t matter” and the juvenile ran away.

6:21 a.m., a caller on South Main Street reported she is having hallucinations.

9:35 a.m., a caller on Northwest Madrona Way reported a suspicious man knocked on the door the night before and asked for a shovel to bury a cat.

11:33 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle was parked on Northeast Front Street with windows up and a puppy inside.
