Phones down in City of Oak Harbor offices

The City of Oak Harbor is not hanging up on you. At least not on purpose. Phones, internet and email are down at city offices, according to City Supervisor Doug Merriman. Anyone who calls in to City Hall or other city offices is immediately disconnected, but 911 is still working.

The City of Oak Harbor is not hanging up on you. At least not on purpose.

Phones, internet and email are down at city offices, according to City Supervisor Doug Merriman.

Anyone who calls in to City Hall or other city offices is immediately disconnected, but 911 is still working.

The Oak Harbor School District manages the city’s system. Merriman indicated that the district is working on the problem but hasn’t given a timeframe for the fix yet.
