The community resists change, Patty Cohen states. Patty Cohen doesn’t seem to work well with the City Council as I see it, or the way people of Oak Harbor want. It seems to me Patty Cohen would like to make all decisions all by herself. I’ve lived in Oak Harbor for 30 years and Coupeville has always had the tourist draw Oak Harbor had years ago. In my opinion, its because of the peaceful, small town draw, and not big city ideas! Work with the council, Patty Cohen, not against them. I can’t wait until the next election.
