Monday, June 2
3:02 p.m., a patient at Whidbey General Hospital requested assistance in obtaining his scooter before leaving the hospital.
Tuesday, June 3
1:25 p.m., a caller on Northeast Center Street reported she is having problems using her power of attorney for a recently deceased friend.
3:38 p.m., a man on North Main Street reported that two Mormon missionaries he doesn’t know entered his home while he was sleeping on the couch, and when he woke up they said, “God bless” and then left.
4:32 p.m., a woman reported that her daughter got on the bus yesterday and a gentleman got on as well and initiated lewd conduct. The woman said she is unsure where exactly it happened and advised that Island Transit is reviewing surveillance footage.
Wednesday, June 4
8:22 a.m., a caller on Northwest Bakerview Place reported the fraudulent use of a credit card.
4:55 p.m., a caller at State Highway 20 and Northwest Broadway Street reported an eagle was struck by a vehicle and is injured in the roadway.
Thursday, June 5
11:55 a.m., a caller reported that a vehicle struck and broke a pole near North Sherman Road and Madrona Way and then drove off.
5:10 p.m., a caller at Northeast Ninth Street and Northeast Otis Street reported a dog was left in a vehicle while its owners went canoeing.
Friday, June 6
10:18 a.m., a caller reported that while a patient at Whidbey General Hospital, the caller was “exposed” unnecessarily by a male nurse.
11:46 p.m., a caller on Northeast Center Street reported a vehicle was trespassing.
Saturday, June 7
11:42 a.m., a caller at Coupeville Storage said someone in the last month broke into a storage unit and stole items.
5:12 p.m., a caller on Northeast Parker Road reported a short-haired cream-colored dog named “Kai” wandered into a garage sale and the owners are not returning calls.
Sunday, June 8
2:24 a.m., a caller at Whidbey General Hospital reported a patient, who accidentally smoked meth, was acting up in the hallway.
4:25 a.m., a caller at Whidbey General Hospital reported a combative patient, whom they called about previously, just ran out the back door of the medical surgical unit.
