At 2:09 p.m., a caller reported a car in the ditch on Highway 20.

At 11:16 a.m., a caller reported two dogs running loose near the intersection of NE Regatta Drive and Highway 20.

At 10:31 p.m., a caller reported a car has been parked a Pioneer Way lot since June.

At 2 a.m., a SW Sunnyside Avenue resident reported receiving three threatening voice mails.

At 4:51 p.m., a caller reported someone let their dogs off their leashes at the field near Oak Harbor Elementary School.

At 2:47 a.m., a caller reported a woman kicked out a car window at the airport on Monroe Landing Road.

At 12:06 a.m., a caller reported the mailbox damaged at a SW Navigator Loop home.

At 10:02 a.m., a caller reported a car stolen from a Kimball Drive home.

At 9:30 a.m., a caller reported someone stole debit cards from a locker at Oak Harbor High School.

At 6:58 p.m., a caller reported a car parked in a handicap spot in a Highway 20 parking lot. The driver of the car left after flipping the caller off.

At 6:07 p.m., a caller reported a multi-colored umbrella blew off a back porch near the intersection of SE Eighth Avenue and SE Glencoe Street.

At 4:25 p.m., a SE Eighth Avenue resident reported a woman stole her debit card and used it.

At 4:04 p.m., a NE Sumner Drive resident reported someone just drove over their dog.

At 2:15 p.m., a caller reported a car accident at the intersection of Highway 20 and SE Pioneer Way.

At 3:40 p.m., a NE 10th Avenue resident reported his 9-year-old son was bitten by a dog.
