At 7:28 a.m., a Heller Road resident reported that kids were harassing him with a recording of a very loud squeal.
Saturday, March 13
At 4:37 p.m., a Wellman Place resident reported that neighbor kids were building forts on the caller’s property.
At 9:17 p.m., a McKinnon Drive resident reported that $700 in cash and prescription medicine was missing from the home.
At 9:46 p.m., a caller reported cows were on Terry Road near the bowling alley.
Friday, March 12
At 9:02 a.m., an Oak Harbor Road resident reported that his cell phone was stolen. The caller said that an Oak Harbor police officer said the cell phone was found at a crime scene and he needed to report it as stolen.
At 12:21 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious man was taking photos of animal cages at the animal shelter.

At 10:57 a.m., a caller reported that a 35-foot sailboat was beached in Penn Cove.
Tuesday, March 9
At 7:15 a.m., a caller reported that a newborn calf in a Dugualla Bay field appeared to be very cold.
At 9:28 a.m., a woman reported that two pit bulls chased her while she was on a run on Wellington Drive. She hopped over a ditch and hid in a tree line to escape.
At 10:52 a.m., there was a report that the hood of a car was stolen on Forest Glen Road.
At 12:52 p.m., a caller reported that a cat had been up a tree on E. Crescent Harbor Road for six days.
At 1:14 p.m., a caller reported that someone cut the locks at a Skagit Valley College facility on Technical Drive and stole fuel from the boats.
At 3:39 p.m., a Ridgeway Drive resident reported that someone had been prowling around her house and moved her doormat.

At 8:38 a.m., a Crescent Drive resident reported that his roommate may have broken his dog’s tail.
At 6:20 p.m., a caller reported that a bunch of kids broke into an empty trailer on Highway 20.

At 8:47 a.m., a caller reported that people were camping at the Patmore Pit dog park.
Saturday, March 6
At 1:03 a.m., a domestic assault was reported at a Jordan Court residence.
At 1:12 p.m., a Degraff Road resident reported that a 4-day-old calf had gotten out of her pen.
At 1:42 p.m., a caller reported that a woman speeding in an Acura on E. Frostad Road threw a paper plate out the window.
At 2:24 p.m., a woman reported that she thinks she was pulled over on Highway 20 near W. Troxell Road by someone impersonating an officer.
At 6:19 p.m., a resident of Thunderbird Mobile Home Park called 911 to ask if she can spank her children if they refuse to clean the house.
At 7:06 p.m., a Zylstra Road resident reported that the person she shares a well with turned the water off because she was late with a payment.

At 1:54 a.m., a caller reported that two people were standing on West Beach Road and one of them was looking around suspiciously.
At 8:26 a.m., a Waterloo Road resident reported that someone stole English tack from the barn.
At 8:30 p.m., there was a report of a man hitchhiking on Highway 20 near N. Sherman Road.
At 8:58 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious man was soliciting money on Fort Ebey Road.

At 4:41 p.m., a caller reported that the plates were stolen off her car while it was parked at a park-and-ride lot on Highway 20.
At 9 p.m., a Torrence Lane resident reported that there was a man in her backyard standing near her trampoline.
Wednesday, March 3
At 8:13 a.m., a school bus driver reported that a vehicle hit two dogs on Imperial Lane.
At 4 p.m., a caller reported finding a chain saw, pruning shears and binoculars in the bushes near Frostad Road.

At 7:34 a.m., a caller reported a couch on Hunt Road.
At 12:40 p.m., a Heller Road resident reported that a teenaged neighbor was playing a recording of high-pressure air escaping that the caller cannot block out with ear plugs. The caller said it’s been a problem for the past 22 months.
At 2:20 p.m., a resident of Sunset Drive reported that he returned home to find that someone had broken in and scattered items all over.
At 5:26 p.m., a Shawn Avenue resident reported that a pit bull broke its chain and was running around the neighborhood with the chain trailing behind it.
