Monday, Nov. 15
At 12:05 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious man was talking to himself on Highway 20 at NW Broadway Street.
Sunday, Nov. 14
At 2:39 p.m., a Shady Lane resident reported that his girlfriend assaulted him.
At 3:22 p.m., a caller reported that a man was stalking his daughter.
Saturday, Nov. 13
At 2:11 p.m., a caller reported being bitten by a dog on Penn Cove Road.
At 2:34 p.m., a Lato Drive resident reported that her boyfriend “went on a rampage” and broke numerous items in the house.
Friday, Nov. 12
At 12:08 p.m., an Arnold Road resident reported that a horse was being neglected on Arnold Road.
At 6:49 p.m., there was a report of an accident at the Deception Pass Bridge. The caller said the drivers were yelling at each other.
At 9:34 p.m., a Monkey Hill Road resident reported that a neighbor hit him with his fist and tried to hit him with a Mag Lite.
Thursday, Nov. 11
At 9:54 a.m., a resident reported that a neighbor’s dog ran out and attacked her dog on Laurel Lane.
Wednesday, Nov. 10
At 2:50 p.m., a North Whidbey resident reported that his neighbor thinks his wife is poisoning him.
At 8:26 p.m., a Cascade Place resident reported finding that five suspicious holes had been drilled in his deck.
Tuesday, Nov. 9
At 9:47 p.m., a Balda Road resident reported that the caller’s 23-year-old son busted out the windshield on a vehicle.
Monday, Nov. 8
At 9:47 a.m., a caller reported being chased by a Rottweiler on Wanamaker Road.
At 3:02 p.m., a woman reported that her small dog was attacked by a mastiff at a dog park on Oak Harbor Road.
