Tuesday, Jan. 27

At 12:39 a.m., a caller reported an intoxicated subject pumping gas into a vehicle at a business in the 32000 block of Highway 20.

Monday, Jan. 26

At 10:22 a.m., a male shoplifter was detained at a business in the 32000 block of Highway 20.

At 1:42 p.m., a caller reported two middle-school aged children were carrying a stop sign and a post at a location near the intersection of N. Oak Harbor Street and E. Whidbey Avenue.

At 3:50 p.m., a caller reported a subject wearing a beanie cap sitting in a black Ford Explorer appeared to be smoking marijuana in the 1500 block of Beeksma Drive.

At 6:58 p.m., a vehicle prowl was reported at a location in the 1100 block of NE O’Leary Street.

Sunday, Jan. 25

At 12:28 a.m., a caller reported a possible drunk driver in a green Cadillac stopped at the light on Midway Boulevard.

At 12:55 a.m., a caller reported a female screaming directly across Highway 20 from Jack in the Box.

At 8:52 a.m., a burglary was reported at a business in the 31000 block of Highway 20.

At 4:47 p.m., a “hysterical female” called police to report someone was taking her son.

At 6:20 p.m., a caller reported a possible car prowl in the 600 block of SE Fourth Avenue.

At 7:52 p.m., a caller reported an ATV stolen from the 500 block of SE Fourth Avenue.

At 10:20 p.m., a caller reported a possible drunk driver in a white Honda Civic near the intersection of Highway 20 and Banta Road.

Saturday, Jan. 24

At 1:50 a.m., two callers reported subjects “yelling and screaming” at a location in the 600 block of SE Bayshore Drive.

At 2:21 p.m., a loud party was reported at a location in the 1600 block of NE 16th Avenue.

At 2:30 a.m., a possible drunk driver in a blue Chevrolet Cobalt was reported in the 32000 block of Highway 20.

At 3:30 a.m., a suspect was arrested for drunk driving in the 100 block of SE Pioneer Way.

At 4:42 p.m., a theft was reported from a business in the 31000 block of Highway 20. Suspect left in a blue pickup truck.

At 5:20 p.m., a caller reported a container was tipped over and set ablaze at a location in the 1700 block of NE Goldie Street.

At 6:43 p.m., a caller reported two subjects riding go carts in the 400 block of NW Crosby Avenue.

At 10:49 p.m., a possible dunk driver in a gray Jeep Cherokee was reported near the intersection of E. Whidbey Avenue and NE Midway Boulevard.

Friday, Jan. 23

At 9:50 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle broken into while parked in the 500 block of NW Columbia Drive.

At 2:36 p.m., a subject was reported riding a motorized scooter on the sidewalk near the intersection of N. Oak Harbor Street and W. Whidbey Avenue.

At 6:11 p.m., a burgundy 1989 Corvette was reported stolen from the 1000 block of SE Midway Boulevard.

At 8:46 p.m., a caller reported two subjects holding another subject down in front of Saar’s Market Place. Subjects were yelling, “Call the police.”

Thursday, Jan. 22

At 7:10 a.m., a caller reported her vehicle was broken into while parked in the 700 block of NW First Avenue.

At 7:48 a.m., a caller reported a stereo system stolen from his car last night while parked in the 1400 block of SW Ninth Avenue.

At 8:13 a.m., a car prowl was reported at a residence in the 700 block of SW Castilian Avenue.

At 8:16 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle broken into at a location in the 600 block of NW First Avenue.

At 9:43 a.m., a burglary was reported at a residence in the 1500 block of SW Victory Street.

At 9:58 a.m., a car prowl was reported at a location in the 600 block of NW Columbia Drive.

At 2:48 p.m., a caller reported finding unsecure premises at a location in the 2100 block of SW Scenic Heights Street.

At 4:52 p.m., a caller reported coins and CDs taken from his vehicle while parked in the 500 block of W. Whidbey Avenue.

Monday, Jan. 26

At 10:35 p.m., a caller reported street racing on Balda Road.

At 8:13 a.m., a man reported that her neighbor on Devries Road was leaving her horses out with no covering. The man was concerned the animals would freeze.

At 10:03 a.m., a caller reported that two adults and a child were living in a lean-to on Dike Road.

At 10:39 a.m., a Frontier Lane resident reported that a neighbor threatened to shoot her dog.

At 3:08 p.m., a woman reported that she locked herself out of her car at a parking lot on Ault Field Road. The car was running with two toddlers inside.

Sunday, Jan. 25

At 11:12 a.m., a caller reported finding a blind dog with red fur on Arnold Road.

At 1:57 p.m., a suspected domestic assault was reported on Lange Street. A caller reported that two people were yelling and hitting each other outside.

At 10:35 p.m., a caller reported street racing on Scenic Heights Road.

Saturday, Jan. 24

At 3:11 p.m., a caller reported that someone ran over a stop sign on Taylor Road.

At 4:02 p.m., there was a report of a person in fatigues shooting guns in a county park on Highway 20.

At 8:23 p.m., a driver reported that someone in a GMC was throwing bottles and other items out the window on Highway 20 near Northgate Drive.

At 11:38 p.m., a Lisa Street resident reported that someone tried to steal his car. He was asleep and woke up to find his car in the middle of the street.

Friday, Jan. 23

At 3:18 p.m., a Devries Road resident reported that a neighbor’s dog was barking continually and wouldn’t stop. The caller has an eight-hour recording of the dog barking.

At 5:49 p.m., a driver reported that a person in a hatchback threw a cigarette butt out the window on Highway 20 near Monroe Landing Road.

At 6:22 p.m., a caller reported that a man jumped out in front of the caller’s car on Highway 525 at Race Road. The caller said the man appeared intoxicated and had a brown bag in his hand.

At 6:43 p.m., there was a report of a small white dog chasing cars on Landing Circle.

At 8:59 p.m., a man reported receiving a fake quarter from a coffee shop.

At 10:34 p.m., a woman on Oak Harbor Road reported that men with bats and guns were beating up her boyfriend.

Thursday, Jan. 22

At 3:43 p.m., a driver reported finding an injured terrier-mix dog on Highway 20 at Degraff Road. The caller took the dog to a vet clinic.

At 5:36 p.m., a Park Acres Drive resident reported that a neighbor had been piling up trash for more than two months.

At 7:16 p.m., a woman on Holbrook Road reported that she was “in a physical domestic” with her boyfriend, who drove off.

At 7:59 p.m., a one-car rollover accident was reported on Taylor Road.

At 9:31 p.m., a caller requested a welfare check on a man with a goatee who was walking on Fakkema Road.
