At 12:20 a.m., a burglary was reported on Riepma Avenue. A caller reported that a TV and Xbox were stolen.

At 9:21 a.m., a woman reported that someone in a small white truck with a dark canopy continually honks at her and her horses on Devries Road.

At 7:03 p.m., a resident reported picking up two small motor boats that were drifting in Penn Cove.

At 3:41 p.m., a Weida View Lane resident reported that a rifle and pistol were missing from the garage.

At 4:24 p.m., a caller reported that a large number of animals were being kept “in bad conditions” at a Bay Front Lane location.

At 8:03 p.m., the Navy hospital reported that a male subject at a Crosswoods Circle location has gangrene.

At 11:38 a.m., there was a report on three horses on Frostad Road.

At 5:40 p.m., a caller reported that crab pots, lines and buoys were stolen in Crescent Harbor.

At 7:42 p.m., a caller reported that people in a truck were having sex at the end of Monroe Landing Road.

At 4:21 p.m., a Taylor Road resident reported that juveniles broke into his residence.

At 8:17 p.m., a Mark Street resident reported that her neighbor was shooting at her cat.

At 4:44 p.m., a caller reported that numerous people were creating a traffic hazard by stopping their cars on the side of Highway 20 near Monroe Landing Road.

At 4:55 p.m., a Swantown Avenue resident reported that her fuel line was cut.

At 11:04 p.m., an emergency responder reported that a vehicle was tailgating the emergency vehicle while the responders were “running code” and passing other vehicles on E. Crescent Harbor Road.

At 2:05 p.m., a caller reported finding three purses and a backpack stuffed in a concrete barrier behind Seabolts restaurant.

At 8:10 p.m., a motorist reported that a “large raptor” flew up and hit her vehicle on Highway 525 at Race Road. She said the bird was unable to fly away.

At 10:05 p.m., a caller reported moving a baby seal closer to the water on West Beach Road.

At 11:29 a.m., there was a report that a man broke a window and the glass cut someone’s arm on Lato Drive.

At 2:54 p.m., a caller on Taylor Road reported that a fawn got caught in an electric fence. The caller said the baby deer got out but was dazed.

At 4:09 p.m., a burglary was reported on E. Sleeper Road. Jewelry and a laptop were missing from the home.

At 4:19 p.m., a Torrence Lane resident reported that his green 1997 Chevy Tahoe was stolen.

At 12:50 a.m., a caller reported that a man on Deception Pass Bridge was leaning into traffic and acting strange.

At 1:19 p.m., a citizen turned in a wallet found near Schay Road.

At 2:08 p.m., a water rescue was reported near the Coupeville wharf. A boater pulled a person aboard from a kayak.

At 5:37 p.m., car prowls were reported on Zylstra and Captain Whidbey Inn roads.

At 3:41 p.m., a caller reported that someone in a black truck was tearing up the lawn at the Admirals Cove pool.

At 10 p.m., a caller reported that a mother cat and three kittens were living in a culvert on Highway 20.
