Monday, Jan. 25
At 1:11 p.m., a Powell Road resident reported that he traded cars with a friend for the weekend. They were supposed to trade back, but the friend won’t answer his phone.
Saturday, Jan. 23
At 11:09 a.m., a caller reported that a bald eagle was stuck in a fence on Patmore Road. The big bird flew away without help.
At 12:22 p.m., a man reported that some diamond earrings were missing from his home on Monticello Way.
At 2:58 p.m., a Madrona Way resident reported that duck hunters were in front of his house and a bunch on BBs hit his window.
At 3:51 p.m., a Libbey Road resident reported that her son stole the tractor again.
Friday, Jan. 22
At 12:18 a.m., a man reported that someone stole his tractor on Libbey Road.
At 9:48 p.m., an Anglers Haven Drive resident reported receiving a call from a man soliciting money for training unnamed police agencies.
Thursday, Jan. 21
At 8:40 a.m., a caller reported that multiple horses were loose near Crescent Harbor Road.
At 2:18 p.m., a driver reported that he was following a dump truck on Highway 525 that had gravel leaking.
At 6:48 p.m., a Jordan Court resident reported receiving threatening text messages.
At 6:56 p.m., a Hemenway Place resident reported that his former employer called him and made threats.
Wednesday, Jan. 20
At 10:20 a.m., a woman reported that a North Whidbey man’s pit bull attacked her dog and bit her dog’s throat in Lake Chelan.
At 1:13 p.m., a caller reported that a number of kids wearing all black and wearing face paint were near the animal shelter on Highway 20.
