Is it drier in Burlington?

Isn’t it interesting how we have been told that the paving of Highway 20 west of town had to be put on hold for many months because of a weather issue: about eight dry days in a row are needed before paving could be done.

Isn’t it interesting how we have been told that the paving of Highway 20 west of town had to be put on hold for many months because of a weather issue: about eight dry days in a row are needed before paving could be done.

How then are all those miles of paving being done on Highway 20 west of Burlington? Doesn’t seem to be an eight dry day weather issue there. Sounds like someone is blowing smoke. Oh, that’s right, it’s our nickel and we see just how it is not working.
