Heather Palbicki puts in the finishing touches on the trim at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Coupeville last week. She, her 17-year-old son Jacob Palbicki and Therese Kingsbury recently painted a new starry scene on the ceiling for the church’s first re-painting in decades.
