The PBY Memorial Foundation will hold its monthly no-host luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the CPO Club on Ault Field Road in Oak Harbor.

Boeing representative Bob Papadakis is to be the guest speaker, and will discuss the transition from the EA-6B Prowler to the EA-18G Growler and the impact it will have on the community.

Papadakis is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and spent 23 years in the Navy as a bombardier/navigator and electronic countermeasures officer.
