Comment: Haugen, chairwoman of the powerful Senate Transportation Committee, puts the blame for ferry troubles on mismanagement of fare revenue.  Well duhhh!, she runs the Transportation Committee. We elected her! Let’s throw her out and cut our legislators’ benefits. One other item: Is it true the ferry system had some 100 employees 10 years ago and over 500 now!
