Letter: Has the Navy looked at impact on Sound’s orcas?

Knowing how deeply the increase in OLF flights off Central Whidbey concern the human population in Puget Sound, I find myself wondering if the impact on the dwindling and threatened local orca population is being taken into the Navy’s decision-making process.
