County lacks chicken feathers

It is sad to see that so many poultry farms are no longer in business on Whidbey. If they were still in business there would be a good supply of feathers.

This along with a little tar from one of the refineries in Anacortes, and the good people of Island County could give Mr. Banks the sendoff he deserves.
