Oak Harbor High School started its volleyball season with a Wesco win, blanking host Meadowdale 3-0 (25-17, 25-21, 25-21) Thursday.

Morgan Pease paced the attack with 19 kills, four aces and eight digs. Leielle Salinger chipped in with 13 kills, 13 digs and three aces, while Annie Salinger recorded 37 assists and Jaslin Webster 25 digs.

The Wildcats (1-0) entertain Cedarcrest (0-1) at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17.
