The Oak Harbor High School NJROTC rifle team defeated Auburndale of Lakeland, Fla., 1,017-1,002 in the Navy Sporter Champions Division of the Orion National Rifle League last week.

Kelly Holt led the Wildcats with a 266 (out of 300), followed by Micah Moss (258), Steven Richards (249) and Michael White (244).

This week, Oak Harbor (1-1) faces Lubbock, Texas (2-0).
