VanCleef, Tod lead the way in Gallery Invitational

Bill VanCleef's two-day total of 150 was good for a three-stroke victory in the 36th annual Men's Invitational at the Gallery Golf Course Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 17 and 18.

Keith Tod grabbed first flight low net honors with a 137.

Following VanCleef for low gross was Roger Pierce at 153. Ron Coleman and Tracy Vass tied for third by carding 159’s.

Jack Arnold finished second to Tod for low net in the first flight with a 142; Marko Gittens was next at 146.

In the second flight, Dave McCool led in low gross at 164 and John Decker topped the low net list at 140.

In the third flight, Harley Marsh shot 170 for low gross, while Larry Pelham finished first in low net at 136.

Jim Huffman’s 183 took low gross honors in the fourth flight, and Bob Wolfe shot 137 for low net.
