For the second time in three days, the South Whidbey tennis team pushed aside Coupeville, this time beating the Wolves 5-0 Thursday, Sept. 19, in Langley.

For the second time in three days, the South Whidbey tennis team pushed aside Coupeville, this time beating the Wolves 5-0 Thursday, Sept. 19, in Langley.

The Falcons nipped Coupeville 3-2 Tuesday.

The Wolves (0-3) and Falcons (3-2) meet again at 3:30 Monday, Sept. 23, in Coupeville.

Thursday’s results:

Singles: 1, Sebastian Davis lost 6-2, 6-4; 2, Dalton Martin lost 6-0, 6-2.

Doubles: 1, Ben Etzell/Aaron Curtin lost 6-4, 4-6, 7-5; 2, Brian Norris/Kyle Bodamer lost 6-1, 6-1; 3, Brandon Kelley/Jake McCormick lost 6-2, 6-1.
