In the season-point rankings, Mookie (132) placed ninth, Roderos (130) 10th and Beecher (112) 18th out of 73 even though each missed a match.

“I am very proud of how the girls played,” coach Andy Wesley said. “Every one of them had a tough hole out there  but stayed mentally tough to finish out with a good score.”

Next, Oak Harbor tries to win the district title when it goes to the Snohomish Golf Course at 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, and 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 21.

The team championship will be determined by first-day play. The top 70 percent in individual play will advance to the second day and play for the individual title, which will be determine by combining both day’s scores.

Leete is the defending district individual champion.
