Golfers hit the links in Everett

Oak Harbor’s boys golf team competed against seven other schools in the Everett Invitational.

Oak Harbor’s boys golf team traveled to Legion Memorial Golf Course March 28 to compete against seven other schools in the Everett Invitational.

Logan Wyer was one of three golfers who tied for ninth place with a 55 playing 13 holes.

Tobias Wood and Anders Spencer shot a 57, Max Waldron shot a 60 and Henry Schuller shot a 63.

As a team, Oak Harbor had the third-lowest team score at 229 behind Snohomish at 201 and Jackson at 211.

Oak Harbor travels to Cle Elum April 10 to compete in the Lake Stevens Invite and then hosts a Northwest Conference golf match at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 11 at the Whidbey Golf Club.
