2 Wildcats take 3rd at Lady Knight Invitational / Girls wrestling

Two Oak Harbor High School wrestlers finished third at the Lady Knights Invitational hosted by Kamiak at Mariner High School Saturday, Jan. 25.

Christina Frank (110 pounds) and Maria Dailey (155) each tied for third for the Wildcats, who finished 19th in the 47-team tournament with 37 points. Yelm took the team title with 142 points.

Oak Harbor wraps up the regular season with a double-dual meet at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, at Marysville-Pilchuck High School. Marysville Getchell will also compete.

155, Maria Dailey (third place): won by fall, 5:04; won by fall, :28; lost by fall, 2:42.

170, Aly Grose: lost 14-1; won 3-0; lost by injury default.

JV 155-165, Samantha Davis: lost by fall, 2:34; lost by fall, :55; lost by fall, 2:51.
