William Frederick Schacht, 60, of Oak Harbor, passed away April 2, 2009. A funeral mass and celebration of Bill’s life will take place on Wed. April 8 at 10:30am at St. Augustines Catholic Church in Oak Harbor. A graveside service will follow at Bayview Cemetary in Bellingham at 2:00pm.
